We set different production workshop respectively for table&chair, such like MDF workshop, tempered glass process workshop, metal workshop.etc.
Our QC and QA department strictly control the quality from semi-finished to finished goods. They will inspect goods before loading.
Our products carry a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty applies only to a household use of our products. The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, discoloration due to exposure to light, misuse, shrinkage or pilling of materials, or abusive wear.
As our goods are usually at least one container to customer. Before loading our QC department will inspect goods to assure quality ok. If there is several items damaged once at destination port, our sales team will find a best solution to make up for you.

Depends on your requirement. Usually customer need it packed knocked down, some may need pre-assembled. Knocked down package will save more space ,which is to say more can be put in 40HQ and it is more economic. And we have assembly instruction attached in the carton.
We use 5-layer corrugated carton with normal quality standard. Also we can supply mail order package as per your requirement,which is more stronger.
